Tested on OS X 10.8.3 Mountain Lion
Will also work for 10.8.2 and 10.8.4
The .zip file contains 2 os x themes one which shows all the buttons all the time(above), and another that only shows the - and + buttons when you hoover(bellow). + 2 iTunes skins, one for each version! And of course instructions how to install them!
Do it at your own risk! And don't forget to make a backup
